The 2025 Annual General Meeting for Coronado Gas Co-op Ltd. was held on April 21, 2026, at the Coronado/Gibbons United Church at 23108 TWP 570, Sturgeon County, at 7:00 pm.

The AGM is held in April of each year, unless otherwise posted. The purpose of the meeting is for interested Members to hear the Auditor’s report on the previous fiscal year’s financial statements, as well as a report from the Board of Directors’ Chairman, on various facets of the Co-op’s operations. Come out and meet the Board of Directors, Management and staff. The number of directors elected varies from 2 to 3 each year. The 3-year Director’s terms are open for election. Directors are elected by way of vote from members in good standing and present at the AGM.

Director Responsibilities

  • Attend monthly Board meetings (evening)
  • Attend sub-committee meetings (daytime, scheduled as needed)
  • Attend the annual general meeting (April)
  • Sign an Official Oath and Code of Ethics
  • Uphold Coronado’s Mission and Vision Statements
  • Adhere to all Director requirements as per the Policy Manual and other guiding documents
  • Demonstrate competency with computers and email
  • Be a member in good standing
